You may expect delayed response for customer support and sales as of the 16th of December, 2022 due to most of our employees in the London office has been tested positive for COVID-19 and are being recovered at home. We are expecting to resume normal operation by the 31st of December, 2022.
As we are currently short on staff, your support request may be delayed. We are trying to response to your support requests as soon as possible. Sales related requests such as quoting are suspended until further notice. Our Network will not be affected as our Network Operation Centre are still functioning normally. All scheduled maintenance will take place on time as well, unless otherwise noted.
